About The Position

Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a Rehabilitation Manager to lead therapy services at Mount St. Joseph's Nursing Home in Euclid, Ohio. This role involves overseeing daily operations of the therapy department (Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy), supervising and mentoring therapy staff, coordinating with facility leadership and nursing, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing caseloads and scheduling, and monitoring patient outcomes. The position also requires assisting with patient care when needed.

Requirements

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) designation
Experience in a rehabilitation management role
Ability to supervise, support, and mentor therapy staff
Knowledge of regulatory, documentation, and billing requirements
Skills in caseload management, scheduling, and staffing
Ability to monitor patient outcomes and adjust processes
