Interested candidates should possess an understanding of serious mental illness, have a passion for excellence, a positive attitude, and enjoy multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Candidates are culturally and trauma responsive, gender affirming, recovery oriented, person centered, situationally aware, open minded, have excellent communication skills, a sense of humor, are growth oriented, solution focused and patient. A valid driver’s license is required, and the candidate will need to complete agency driving training to provide transportation to participants in an agency van. Candidate must be comfortable preparing lunch in a commercial kitchen, while engaging members in the process. Excellent communication skills, and comfort working with technology, including MS Office and Electronic Health Record and also comfortable learning new technology and programs.
