The Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to serve as a Rehabilitation Case Coordinator I. This position is responsible for coordinating customer case records and documents in a field office, pertaining to service delivery activities for customers in the Bureau of Customer and Community Field Services/Vocational Rehabilitation Program. The role involves performing routine clerical tasks essential for maintaining sensitive case files, records, and documentation (both electronic and hardcopy), and facilitating the purchase and delivery of services in accordance with federal, state, and agency rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. The Case Coordinator will work with the agency’s case management system, monitor customer case status, prepare annotated reports for counselors, and interact with field office staff and internal/external customers via in-person, phone, and/or email.
