About The Position

Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will assist regulated professionals to implement patient care plans, maintain a clean and efficient treatment area, and assist with departmental support. For information purpose only, please note that the position is currently aligned with Rehabilitation - E3R, subject to change.

Requirements

• Diploma from a recognized college including both the Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy components
• Successful completion of the mandatory FIM (Functional Independence Measure) certification provided by the hospital within the established timeline
• Fluent in French and English (Candidates who do not meet this language requirement are eligible to apply for this position and may be considered if there are no other suitable applicants who meet this requirement)
• Able to perform activities requiring considerable standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, transferring of patients and equipment
• Able to work within an interdisciplinary team
• Good communication, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
• Basic Computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Level C certificate
