About The Position

As a part time Rehabilitation Assistant at our Moncton Driscoll clinic, you will be responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment as well as responsible for assisting the clinicians with their caseload. Requirements

A Kinesiology degree or PTA/OTA diploma
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong critical thinking and time management skills
Excellent communication and computer skills
The ability to work under pressure and to take and follow direction
The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in French and English is an asset

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between the client and the clinicians
Assist with the Physiotherapist’s caseloads
Assemble chart packages and bar-code charts for offsite storage
Process and perform clerical audits for discharged patient charts
Maintain a presentable/organized clinic and ensure that the gym area is free of obvious safety hazards
Mail out satisfaction surveys to patients and their families
Administrative tasks, including answering phones, processing supply orders and photocopying documents
Uploading service provider reports
