About The Position
SSM Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical & SSM, is seeking a Rehab Therapy Extern in Richmond Heights. This role offers $18 an hour and requires availability for multiple weekend shifts per month. In this role, you will provide advanced treatment and comprehensive care to address the medical, physical, emotional, and vocational challenges for individuals with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputations, and multiple traumas. Requirements
- Must be a current student accepted in an ST, OT, or PT program.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in the rehabilitation process through the provision of requested activities, under the direction of a therapist.
- Prepare and maintain equipment and the physical plant for daily activities.
