About The Position
The Rehab Tech assists the Director of Rehab and assists therapists in completing tasks that support guest care activities and treatments. Santè PT/PRN is looking for a Rehab Tech to join their team. They are committed to creating individual person-centered treatment plans, acting as patient advocates, following evidenced-based clinical practices, caring for people holistically, improving continuity of care, and providing nurturing surroundings that encourage and inspire. The role involves working alongside other healthcare professionals in a team-centric environment.
Requirements
- Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to work tactfully with personnel, guests, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year general office/clerical/administrative experience.
Nice To Haves
- Relevant experience in a rehab setting strongly preferred.
- Administrative experience in a health care setting desirable.
Responsibilities
- Schedule guest therapy.
- Coordinate therapy schedule.
- Prepare the guest, treatment area and equipment for treatment, as requested.
- Anticipates therapist/assistant needs during treatment.
