About The Position
This position assists in the provision of rehabilitative services within the Outpatient Pediatrics department at Dell Children's in Cedar Park, Texas. The Rehab Tech will support patient treatments, prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment, manage inventory, and complete clerical tasks.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the provision of rehabilitative services.
- Assist with patient treatments as directed.
- Prepare treatment areas for therapy and maintains in safe and sanitary condition.
- Maintain equipment used in therapy interventions.
- Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Complete non-clinical and clerical tasks as assigned.
