About The Position
Stonegate Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Rehab Tech to join our team at 4201 Stonegate Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76109. This role involves supporting therapists with various administrative and operational tasks within the rehabilitation department.
Requirements
- High school Diploma
- At least 6 months of rehab tech or similar experience
Responsibilities
- Printing therapy documentation from the computer system.
- Working with medical records to provide therapy documentation for scanning into the computer.
- Sending therapy documentation to physicians for signature.
- Performing data entry into the Casamba rehab computer system.
- Cleaning and maintaining rehab equipment, including tracking refrigerator and hot pack machine temperatures.
- Providing physical assistance to therapists during treatments as needed.
- Ensuring clean linens are available in the rehab gym daily.
- Transporting soiled linens to the laundry daily.
