About The Position
This role involves assisting in the provision of rehabilitative services and supporting patient treatments as directed. The Rehab Tech will be responsible for preparing and maintaining treatment areas in a safe and sanitary condition, as well as maintaining therapy equipment. Additionally, the role includes managing the inventory of supplies and equipment and completing non-clinical and clerical tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the provision of rehabilitative services.
- Assist with patient treatments as directed.
- Prepare treatment areas for therapy and maintains in safe and sanitary condition.
- Maintain equipment used in therapy interventions.
- Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Complete non-clinical and clerical tasks as assigned.
