About The Position
This position assists in the provision of rehabilitative services, including helping with patient treatments as directed. The Rehab Tech is responsible for preparing treatment areas, ensuring they are safe and sanitary, and maintaining the equipment used in therapy interventions. Additionally, the role involves maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies and equipment, and completing non-clinical and clerical tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the provision of rehabilitative services.
- Assist with patient treatments as directed.
- Prepare treatment areas for therapy and maintains in safe and sanitary condition.
- Maintain equipment used in therapy interventions.
- Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Complete non-clinical and clerical tasks as assigned.
