About The Position
Thrive Lisle has partnered with Ignite Medical Resorts to hire an experienced Rehab Tech with an active CNA license. This is a full-time position with an all-in-house therapy model, offering a welcoming culture and competitive benefits. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and all competencies and on-the-job training are provided.
Requirements
- Active CNA license required.
- Experience as a Rehab Tech is preferred but new grads are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to undergo provided training.

Responsibilities
- Assist with rehabilitation therapy under the guidance of licensed therapists.
- Provide patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Support the in-house therapy team.
- Participate in team outings and employee engagement activities.
