About The Position
The Rehab Tech supports the delivery of rehabilitative care under direct supervision by clinicians and site leadership. Performs tasks related to cleaning and monitoring of equipment and supplies, assisting with patient care delegated by clinicians, cleaning and organization within the department areas, clerical support and patient flow/transport.
Requirements
- GED or High School Diploma
- Basic Life Support from American Heart Association
- Less than one year of experience
- Good communication skills including verbal and non verbal
- Ability to work effectively with patients at all levels of ability/disability
Nice To Haves
- Allied health coursework desirable
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience
