About The Position

Innovate Rehab & Wellness is looking for a Rehab Tech (CNA or PTA required) to join our therapy team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue! If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys supporting patients on their journey to recovery, this role puts you right at the heart of it. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps therapy running smoothly—and the friendly face that helps patients feel ready and confident for each session.

Requirements

• Active CNA or PTA license in the state of Nebraska
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• A team-first mindset and strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with older adults in post-acute or similar settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for new admissions (wheelchairs, walkers, and more)
• Transport patients to and from therapy sessions and assist with scheduling coordination
• Help patients get ready for therapy (toileting, dressing, donning shoes, etc.)
• Support therapists during treatments and restorative programs
• Maintain and organize therapy equipment and supplies
• Complete documentation and file rehab paperwork accurately
