About The Position
Lakeshore Meadows, part of the NHC senior care community, is seeking a part-time Rehab Technician / Rehab Secretary. This role is part of an in-house therapy team that prioritizes quality care within a family-oriented work atmosphere that promotes growth and opportunities. The position offers competitive compensation with performance wage rate increases.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to perform mental, physical and emotional requirements of the job.
- Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with patients, families, and coworkers.
Nice To Haves
- Organized, dependable, comfortable working directly with patients, and able to balance administrative and hands-on responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling, organization, and general clinic/office tasks
- Assist patients with exercises and use of equipment such as SciFit
- Walk with patients and provide safe transport to/from the gym
