We are seeking a rehabilitation supervisor for overseeing operations for rehab inpatient services at Fairview Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury! The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build engagement, foster high-performing teams and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills in both in-person and virtual environments. As a member of the Rehabilitation leadership team, the successful candidate will be collaborative, relationship-focused, and eager to partner with fellow Rehab leaders across the system on strategic initiatives and project work that advance departmental and organizational goals. The supervisor is responsible for staff development, performance management, managing resources, clinic and/or hospital operations, regulatory oversight, and leadership. In collaboration with the patients and families, the supervisor is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice for the discipline they are credentialed. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes. FTE: 1.0, authorized for 80 hours per pay period. Schedule: will be determined based on discipline and combination of patient care and administrative time. Minimum of four days per week and no weekends.
