About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Rehab Aide to support our rehabilitation department and assist in providing a positive experience for residents receiving therapy services. This position is ideal for someone interested in healthcare, rehabilitation, or gaining hands-on experience in a clinical setting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Interest in healthcare, rehabilitation, or patient services preferred
- Previous healthcare experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment areas and therapy equipment for daily use
- Transport residents to and from therapy sessions safely and efficiently
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked therapy department
- Support therapists with non-clinical tasks and department operations
- Help track and organize therapy supplies and equipment
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and general administrative duties as needed
- Promote a welcoming and supportive environment for residents and visitors
