About The Position

This is a full-time position in our Rehabilitation Services department. As the Rehab Scheduler, you will monitor for incoming referrals to Outpatient Rehab Services, call patients within 72 hours of receiving referrals, leave messages for patients who don't answer, call patients back if they haven't responded and scheduled an evaluation within 48 hours, and communicate with the Patient Access Professional after scheduling a new evaluation to request benefit verification or insurance authorization if required based on the patient's insurance.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 0-6 months minimum experience
• Eligible to work in the United States

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
