Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year of medical health experience.
• A detail-oriented, organized multitasker who thrives in a team environment
• Strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
• Passion for senior care and providing outstanding service
• Ability to travel between the Viroqua and Westby locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth
• Coordinate therapy appointment schedules and assist with calendar management across both campuses
• Support therapist communication and patient transport logistics
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and supply tracking
• Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure efficient daily operations
