Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of medical or healthcare experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of others

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with insurance authorizations and medical office procedures preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate therapy schedules and manage day-to-day clinic operations
  • Handle insurance verification, medical coding, and billing support
  • Assist with data entry, referrals, and record maintenance
  • Collaborate with therapists, schools, and healthcare providers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and family-friendly environment
