About The Position

Tender Touch Therapy provides high quality pediatric physical, occupational, and speech language therapy services. As a comprehensive team, we implement creative and effective treatment strategies in order to maximize functional independence and achieve patient-specific goals. We will advocate on behalf of each child and their family to enhance well-being and improve lifelong wellness. The purpose of this role is empowering children to change their world one ability at a time.

Requirements

Must be licensed in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology

Responsibilities

Manage onsite Clinic Aide
Training & Onboarding
Physical building needs, appearance and maintenance communicated to COO
Hiring and Staff oversight
Clinic finances
Facilitating Effective Communication
Monitor clinic stats
Oversight of Leads by location
Marketing
Assessing performance of onsite staff (admin, clinical, rehab aid)
Compliance Oversight
Team Building
60% treatment time, 40% admin time
Attend Manager meetings
Lead weekly Lead meeting
Attend weekly RD meeting
Doc time based on treatment hours
Effective and efficient problem solver, investigating further when needed
Ability to start and foster relationships
Good organizational skills
Demonstrates appropriate behavioral management techniques
Good communication skills - oral, written, interpersonal – to meet the needs of others

Maintains up to date knowledge of clinic announcements
