About The Position

This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus! A full-time split REHAB DIRECTOR / Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Departments located minutes apart in Farmington, ME. Travel time and mileage are paid when traveling in between two facilities on one day. Preferred Therapy Solutions is a therapist-owned and operated company that focuses on appropriate and ethical patient care. Requirements

• Be a licensed PTA or license eligible in the state where employed
• Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and effective operations
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
• Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
• Provide PTA services as needed
