Requirements
- Valid professional license in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited school. If foreign-trained, must meet the same qualifications as U.S. educational program requirements
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the day-to-day clinical operations of the rehab department.
- Provide clinical leadership within the rehab team.
- Coordinate all rehab disciplines (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology).
- Provide quality patient care.
- Maintain effective communications with Facility/Center staff, patients, families, and management.
- Monitor, enhance and expand the rehabilitation programs within the Health Care Center.
