About The Position
A full-time split REHAB DIRECTOR / Occupational Therapist (OT) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Departments located minutes apart in Farmington, ME. This position offers a $5,000 Sign-on bonus! Preferred Therapy Solutions is a company owned and operated by therapists, focusing on appropriate and ethical patient care. Management members have experience in similar roles, understanding therapist needs for success and work-life balance. Requirements
- Be a licensed occupational therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
- Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and effective operations
- Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
- Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
- Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
- Provide occupational therapy services as needed
