This job assists leadership within the rehab department(s) with development, promotion, and standardization of designated programs within the assigned service line. Coordinates the rehabilitation treatment of corresponding patient population within rehabilitation services, functioning as a liaison between rehabilitation services, physicians/clinic staff, and business development, collaborating with department leaders and committees in identification, trending, and analysis of clinic quality issues and in a collaborative fashion facilitating resolution of these issues. Works with rehab leadership and specialty programs to market and share programs/outcomes with referral sources.
