About The Position
Functional Pathways is seeking a Full-time Rehab Assistant (CNA) to join their team at Falcons Landing, a premier Life Plan Community. This role provides administrative and clerical support to the therapy team within a CARF-accredited facility. Falcons Landing is located in the Washington, D.C. metro area and serves former members of the armed forces, US government employees, and their spouses. The position offers a Monday-Friday, 1st shift schedule and the opportunity to work in a supportive, family-like environment focused on ethical care and innovation.
Requirements
- High school education with other applicable training and experience preferred.
- Prior experience as a clerical assistant or support tech in a medical related field is preferred.
- Computer knowledge and experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Performs a wide range of administrative, tech and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
- Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies.
- Monitors administrative projects and assists with tech-related duties.
