About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Rehab Aide to join our rehabilitation department. This position plays an important role in supporting therapy operations and helping create a positive experience for residents receiving rehabilitation services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Interest in healthcare, rehabilitation, or patient services preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment areas and therapy equipment before and after sessions
- Assist with transporting residents to and from rehabilitation appointments
- Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the therapy department
- Support therapists with department tasks and daily workflow needs
- Monitor inventory and help ensure therapy supplies are readily available
- Assist with clerical and scheduling tasks as needed
