About The Position

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Rehab Aide to support our rehabilitation department in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, rehabilitation services, or gaining experience working alongside therapy professionals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Interest in healthcare, rehabilitation, or patient services preferred
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing treatment areas and therapy equipment for daily use
• Transport residents safely to and from therapy sessions throughout the facility
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient rehabilitation department
• Support therapists with non-clinical tasks and department operations
• Stock therapy supplies and ensure equipment is readily available
• Assist with scheduling, filing, and general administrative duties as needed
• Promote a positive experience for residents participating in therapy services
