About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Rehab Aide to support our therapy department within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, rehabilitation, or gaining experience working alongside therapy professionals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Interest in rehabilitation, healthcare, or patient services preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing treatment areas and organizing therapy equipment for daily use
- Transport residents to and from therapy sessions as needed
- Support therapists with non-clinical department tasks and daily operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized rehabilitation environment
- Assist with stocking supplies and keeping therapy spaces ready for resident care
- Help with scheduling, paperwork, and general department organization when needed
