About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Rehab Aide to support the therapy department at Autumn Lake at Norwalk. You'll help keep the rehab space organized and ready for residents and clinicians throughout the day.
Requirements
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable working with residents
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare therapy areas, equipment, and supplies for scheduled sessions
- Help residents get to and from therapy as directed by staff
- Clean and organize equipment between sessions
- Assist the therapy team with non-clinical tasks and daily department needs
