About The Position

This role involves preparing, submitting, tracking, and maintaining routine regulatory filings, notifications, permits, and reports required by federal, state, and local agencies. The position also includes maintaining regulatory tracking tools, databases, and document repositories to ensure accurate, complete, and audit-ready records. Additionally, it provides administrative, data management, permitting, and regulatory compliance support for upstream oil and gas operations under established procedures and workflows.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience supporting oil and gas regulatory filings, permitting, reporting, records management, compliance, or related administrative functions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple filings, deadlines, and data tracking requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with WellView and Texas Railroad Commission online filing systems is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
