About The Position

As a Regulatory Specialist within our Professional Hygiene Regulatory Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting the successful registration and commercialization of Arxada products. You will collaborate across regulatory, R&D, marketing, sales, and external regulatory agencies to deliver timely regulatory solutions that drive business success. Requirements

Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or registrations.
Knowledge of FIFRA regulations, EPA pesticide registrations, and North American regulatory requirements.
Strong understanding of regulatory processes, documentation standards, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and registration management systems.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with regulatory agencies, industry bodies, or compliance organizations is preferred.
Experience with AI-enabled tools or willingness to adopt new technology solutions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Prepare, submit, and monitor regulatory applications, supplemental registrations, label updates, and supporting documentation to maintain product compliance.
Liaise with regulatory agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve registration and compliance matters.
Ensure regulatory documentation and customer or third-party agreements comply with applicable requirements and internal standards.
Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews by providing accurate and timely documentation.
Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to develop proactive solutions to registration and compliance challenges.
Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements, policies, and industry developments impacting the business.
Identify opportunities to improve regulatory processes and enhance the stakeholder experience.
