This role serves as the primary contact for internal and external regulatory reporting-related inquiries. The analyst will maintain the PHC’s Regulatory Reporting Calendar, Master List Tracking Sheet, and Data Certification. They will be an active contributor in data quality or analytic workgroups, assisting in developing data governance and data quality issue resolution, and streamlining reporting to reduce unnecessary duplication. Under the direction of the Regulatory Affairs Manager, the analyst will analyze and document current processes to identify improvements for performance and efficiency. They will also assist in developing or updating RAC’s processes, including policies, procedures, workflows, best practices, and training materials. The role involves developing quantitative and trending reports for Privacy and FWA reported incidents using EthicsPoint advanced analytic tools, and enhancing current tracking and trending mechanisms to consolidate into EthicsPoint. The analyst will prepare and distribute standard daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and present Privacy and FWA statistic reports as a backup for the Regulatory Affairs Manager. Additionally, they will provide back-up and support to the Regulatory Affairs Specialist in Privacy and FWA investigations, including data sampling and analysis. The role requires researching complex regulatory inquiries and providing accurate, timely responses based on applicable State and Federal regulations. The analyst will also support the compliance training program, internal and external audits, and participate in special projects and other assigned duties.
