The Regulatory Incident Reporting Analyst will support the Compliance department in ensuring compliance through the execution of policies, processes, and procedures related to incident reporting, as well as the intake and tracking of regulatory fines, citations, and warning letters across all streams of compliance and technical governance for BetMGM's business operations. This position is responsible for assisting in the investigation, drafting, and submission of incident reports concerning regulatory violations and instances of non-compliance, and for supporting the Company's efforts to ensure that its online iGaming platform, online Sportsbook, and retail Sportsbook operations remain compliant with relevant state regulations, regulatory directives, and land-based sportsbook obligations in each jurisdiction. The Regulatory Incident Reporting Analyst will work under the direction and supervision of the Senior Manager of Compliance and Incident Reporting, and will partner closely with the Senior Analyst, Regulatory Incident Reporting in the day-to-day execution of incident intake, investigation, drafting, and cross-jurisdictional fine and warning tracking workstreams. This position is expected to execute assigned tasks with growing autonomy within established procedures and practices, to manage their own workload and daily priorities, and to proactively seek feedback and coaching to continue developing in the role. The individual will build working relationships with internal stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Trading, Responsible Gaming, Technology Governance, AML/Fraud, and other relevant departments, and will serve as a dependable point of contact within the Incident Reporting function.
