About The Position

As Regulatory Counsel, Legislative Oversight, you will join a US-based team that leads the strategy for responding to inquiries and investigations from legislative bodies around the world, including congressional and parliamentary committees. You will manage transparent and thoughtful engagements, partner with teams across the company to help ensure accurate responses, and prepare executives to testify in multiple markets. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Requirements

JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 7 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
At least 7 years of experience in legal, regulatory, or legislative matters, including addressing, minimizing, or avoiding regulatory risk.
Admitted to the bar and in good standing, or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., registered in-house status) in the state where the position is located.

Responsibilities

Lead responses to legislative inquiries and investigations.
Direct legislative testimony preparation and strategy.
Oversee drafting written responses and collecting and producing accurate information for external submissions and disclosures.
