Requirements

Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing or Respiratory Therapy
Current RN or RRT license
Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience
At least 1 year of regulatory or compliance experience

Nice To Haves

Master's degree
Extensive knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, and other healthcare regulatory standards
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for quality improvement and patient safety

Responsibilities

Lead organization-wide regulatory readiness efforts for agencies such as The Joint Commission, CMS, and state licensing bodies.
Partner with leaders to strengthen policies, processes, and compliance initiatives.
Coordinate mock surveys, readiness activities, and accreditation preparations.
Analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive quality outcomes.
Conduct clinical record audits and monitor compliance with regulatory standards.
Prepare reports, action plans, and communications for regulatory agencies.
Educate and support multidisciplinary teams on new and evolving regulatory requirements.
Serve as a key resource during surveys, helping showcase the exceptional care our teams provide every day.
