About The Position

The Regulatory Consultant Staff is an expert regulatory professional who applies technical and regulatory knowledge to analyze and solve complex, well-defined problems with very limited guidance. The consultant leads work groups and organizational activities addressing specialized regulatory matters, including rate cases, recovery clauses, audits, compliance filings, policy matters, and other proceedings.
