The role provides high-value input for corporate, operating company, and business unit regulatory strategy development, coordination, and support for negotiation strategies. The individual will possess extensive knowledge of developments, procedures, and current events affecting regulatory activity across numerous jurisdictions, contributing to strategy development for cost recovery. They will also educate others on the interrelationships between cost drivers and revenue.
