Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience or Advanced Degree and 3 years of experience
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and standards, within the aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries.
  • Proficiency with compliance management software and tools
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

  • Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations to real-world scenarios.
  • Regulatory compliance standards applicable to repair stations 14 CFR part 145, part 21/part 121.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and create regulatory compliance documentation to support company initiatives and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Evaluate internal processes and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review updates and changes to regulatory requirements, assess their impact on the organization, and implement necessary changes in policies or procedures.
  • Act as a liaison with leadership to communicate regulatory requirements, updates, and compliance status, providing actionable recommendations when needed.
  • Monitor and ensure that all repair station activities comply with relevant regulatory standards, maintaining a high level of operational integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to compliance efforts and regulatory activities.
