Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience or Advanced Degree and 3 years of experience
Experience in regulatory compliance and standards, within the aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries.
Proficiency with compliance management software and tools
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

Develop and create regulatory compliance documentation to support company initiatives and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Evaluate internal processes and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.
Review updates and changes to regulatory requirements, assess their impact on the organization, and implement necessary changes in policies or procedures.
Act as a liaison with leadership to communicate regulatory requirements, updates, and compliance status, providing actionable recommendations when needed.
Monitor and ensure that all repair station activities comply with relevant regulatory standards, maintaining a high level of operational integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to compliance efforts and regulatory activities.
