About The Position

This role ensures that WD-40 Company complies with all legal requirements in the markets it serves across the Americas, covering aspects from product formulas to labeling. It requires a strategic approach to build forward-looking regulatory intelligence, anticipate future bans and requirements, and enable proactive adaptation by R&D and supply chain teams. The specialist will act as an internal advisor, a liaison with regulatory agencies, and a partner to commercial teams navigating complex jurisdictional landscapes. The role includes a structured transition period with an experienced expert and offers a hybrid work schedule with an office located in Pine Brook, NJ. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Strong scientific literacy — you can read and translate formulation data into regulatory documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • A detail orientation that borders on obsessive — filings, registrations, and deadlines cannot slip
