About The Position

The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of software inventory to include compliance, regulatory guidelines, and tribal standards across the Oklahoma Region. Primary job duties are listed below. Communicate effectively with regulators, vendors, internal and external customers to develop strong and positive relationships with all relevant software approvers (regulatory) and users (customers and vendors). Maintain a detailed, accurate, up-to-date software inventory and compliance database which includes ITL's and associated jurisdictional approvals Maintain Software Inventory Tracking and inventory management programs and processes Oversee and Process Regulatory Notifications for Jurisdictions assigned Communicate with vendor contacts to confirm or possess the ability to access, and accurately confirm approval information regarding Software Version, Software Operating System, Software and Progressive Controllers (IPC approvals), Bill Validator Software and Boot Chip Software for IGT (and other vendors as needed) Maintain, track, and communicate the submission of hardware and software approvals from tribal regulatory bodies Create and publish software inventory reports for tracking of software Process and track the submission of hardware and software approvals from tribal compliance offices Work with gaming vendors to procure GLI and par letters Maintain a detailed, accurate, up-to-date software approval and compliance database This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced, or deleted to meet the business needs of the company.

Requirements

  • 2+ year’ experience in gaming compliance role or equivalent gaming experience
  • Effectively work in an unstructured environment where complex task resolution is required
  • Experience with software quality assurance
  • Utilize resources to complete projects and meet deadlines
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel
  • Experience with Regulations, Technical Standards, and Shipping Requirements
  • Any offer of employment is contingent upon a successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, a review, or your background investigation, and if applicable, the approval of any necessary tribal gaming license, granted by their respective gaming commission.
