Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others. Under general supervision, prepares and analyzes financial and statistical data for all aspects of utility, gas, and electric regulatory functions, in accordance with federal and state regulations to enable the completion and timely submittal of reports and filings required by various industry and regulatory agencies. Additional to the above, Regulatory Analyst II: Prepare and present information with minimal direction for internal decision making and filings with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and State Regulatory Commissions. Additional to the above, Regulatory Analyst III: Assure accurate and timely completion of all assigned projects including cost of service, volume, cost allocation and rate design, tariff, facility and service-related certificates and other related work. Additional to the above, Regulatory Analyst IV: Conducts first level review of projects and on-going tasks.
