About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Analyst to support the Regulatory Affairs function within a Compliance & Ethics team. This role is responsible for interpreting laws and regulations, assessing their impact, and helping ensure effective compliance implementation across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally to support regulatory initiatives and mitigate business risk.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of regulatory compliance experience or related (preference for Healthcare)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and research capabilities.
  • Understanding of general business processes and functional operations.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Experience in healthcare compliance or a regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, submissions, and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interpret new and evolving laws, regulations, and industry guidelines relevant to healthcare and insurance.
  • Analyze the impact of regulatory changes on business operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal regulatory and compliance-related inquiries.
  • Prepare clear, concise summaries of regulatory updates for internal stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of compliance strategies and policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory requirements are clearly understood and adhered to.
  • Partner with project teams to map out deliverables, stakeholders, timelines, and milestones.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports and required documentation.
  • Track industry trends and emerging regulatory developments.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance activities and identifying gaps or risks.
  • Recommend mitigation strategies for compliance-related risks and issues.
  • Contribute to training materials and presentations on regulatory requirements and implementation.
  • Help improve regulatory change management processes and procedures.
