About The Position

The Regulatory Administrator II is a fully onsite, customer-facing role responsible for supporting international flight training students and airline clients while ensuring compliance with M-1 visa regulations, SEVIS requirements, TSA regulations, and Homeland Security guidelines. This position serves as a key point of contact for students throughout their training journey and requires strong customer service, compliance, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for M-1 international students and airline clients.
  • Advise prospective and current international students on admissions, enrollment, course registration, immigration status, visa-related matters, employment considerations, and adjustment to life in the United States.
  • Present new student orientation sessions and support student integration into flight training programs and life in the United States.
  • Manage and maintain student records within the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS), including the issuance and processing of Form I-20 documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with federal immigration regulations and SEVIS reporting requirements, including registration, no-shows, transfers, enrollment changes, and program completion reporting.
  • Review, manage, update, and maintain student files to support regulatory compliance and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Answer questions related to visa issuance, Form I-20 documentation, and student immigration status.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support enrollment, retention, and student success objectives.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of international student support programs, workshops, mentorship initiatives, and engagement activities.
  • Represent CAE as the primary point of contact, advisor, and liaison for TSA compliance matters.
  • Process TSA training requests for single- and multi-engine training programs, ensuring compliance with Homeland Security regulations throughout all stages of the approval process.
  • Maintain accurate TSA and student records within CAE systems and databases.
  • Proofread, edit, and update TSA instructions, training materials, and related documentation.
  • Maintain training center and agent information for applicable TSA and flight school regulatory requirements.
  • Support TSA audits and ongoing regulatory reviews.
  • Respond to inquiries from students, airline customers, internal stakeholders, and regulatory agencies, providing guidance and issue resolution.
  • Perform general administrative duties and other assigned responsibilities as required.
