About The Position

The Physician will attend to the needs of all patients within the scope of licensing, training and credentialing. This role involves performing patient care activities to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a Physician and assisting in generating adequate practice volume. The Physician will participate in on-call duties when needed and actively participate in meetings when required. The practice of medicine must be within the current scope of national patient safety goals.

Requirements

• Must possess a Doctor of Medicine Degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree (D.O.)
• Must hold a valid and unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in the State of Georgia
• Hold a valid DEA certificate without restriction
• Excellent interpersonal skills required
• Must be computer literate

Nice To Haves

• Board Eligible or Board Certified preferred
• Experience in outpatient medical practice preferred
