About The Position

This role involves the registration of patient demographics, scanning of associated documents into patient charts, and verifying insurance information. The position also requires answering phones, scheduling appointments, and proficiency in operating systems. The candidate will assist other offices with coverage issues when needed and must be able to work independently with a pleasant, friendly demeanor. Effective and professional communication with patients, physicians, and co-workers is essential, as is the ability to multi-task in a busy environment. Any other tasks as assigned will also be part of the responsibilities.
