About The Position

Our client in Montreal is currently seeking a Registration and Support Specialist to join the Client Service team. The Registration and Support specialist will be the focal point of contact for internal partners and will take ownership of any issues or queries raised. This person will contribute to providing internal partners with the best possible application support experience in the most efficient and effective manner, while becoming an expert on various products and services offered by the organization. The Alumni graduate program offers graduate training, ongoing support, and opportunities at leading global employers. There is no training bond, exit fees, or hidden catches. The program involves remote training followed by a 12-24 month placement with a client, with salary increases every 12 months. The majority of participants convert to permanent employees with the client at the end of the program.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT)
  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration or IT.
  • Good working knowledge/understanding of Computers/Systems/Electronic Banking Platforms/ERP Systems
  • Good working knowledge of Cash products (Payment Structure, SWIFT, etc.) and basic understanding of Trade products (LCs, SBLCs, BGs, etc.)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic project management skills
  • Ability to work in a highly autonomous environment with minimal supervision
  • Fluent in English, French OR English & Spanish OR all 3 (written and spoken)

Nice To Haves

  • Portuguese - would be considered a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Follow the internal control framework to ensure reliability and traceability of the work done.
  • Perform registration, maintenance and support tasks for the Electronic Banking Suite of products offered.
  • Assist with projects in collaboration with Local IT, Cash Management and Trade product managers when required (example: new projects, UAT testing, etc.).
  • Timely handling of incoming requests, log all requests on applicable tracking tool and find an appropriate solution.
  • Maintain expertise on all product lines (Cash & Trade) and systems applicable.
  • Continually enhance and acquire new knowledge relating to relevant product offerings, in line with any product enhancements and/or regulatory changes, ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Participation in department meetings and other activities of the organization as well as handle various tasks/projects which may be assigned by manager from time to time.
