About The Position

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring three (3) Part-Time Seasonal Registration Specialists. This role serves as the primary point of contact for new families, supporting them through the enrollment and registration process to ensure a smooth and positive experience. This is a seasonal position with the potential to transition into a year-round role based on performance and program needs. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or client support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities
• Team-oriented and adaptable to shifting priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills are a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally
• Process registration forms, ensuring accurate billing and scheduling
• Follow up with prospective families to support enrollment
• Maintain current knowledge of required forms and documentation
• Track registration progress and generate reports using CRM systems
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote program offerings
