Registration Scheduling Specialist
About The Position
As a Registration Scheduling Specialist at Main Line Health, you will be one of the first points of contact for new patients, making a crucial first impression. You will collect and capture accurate patient data while providing excellent, empathetic customer service. You will act as an ambassador for patients, helping them understand their financial responsibilities, available services, and more. This role requires engaging communication skills to interact with nursing staff, other departments, physician offices, medical offices, and the general public to provide outstanding service. Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 2 years of registration experience in a medical setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Knowledge of insurance and third party reimbursement.
Responsibilities
- Collect and capture accurate patient data.

- Schedule patient appointments.
