Acts as the first point of contact for all customers, organizing and facilitating clerical administrative duties for the department. This role performs a variety of cross-functional clerical and patient support duties, including telephone, registration, scheduling, and data entry related to the department. The position is also responsible for patient chart maintenance and communication with physicians' offices as needed. Duties may vary based on departmental needs.
